All RF Translations’ translators are required to a sign a Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvent Agreement before the beginning of any project to guarantee that no information will be disclosed, copied or distributed to a 3rd party.

For sensitive documentation they are also required to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement related to the project they are about to overtake.

We adopt a special and rigorous screening procedure for translators who will be translating diplomatic, government and military documentation.
